There were long wait times in Outpatients - most appointment times were running an hour over.
I cannot fault Frimley Park Hospital at all. I was a person not an NHS number and everyone was friendly.
I would also like to thank Dr. Archan and Mr. Peter Clarkson in the cardiology unit who got me fit enough to undergo cancer operations which had to be put off for 3 months because of heart failure. The Pacemaker fitted by Mr. Clarkson gave me my life back. I am so grateful to them.
My only criticism is the lack of care in the community after leaving hospital. After my first cancer operation the drain blocked and I developed an infected seroma. It took 13 hours for an ambulance to get to me. All I needed was to be aspirated and given antibiotics. I had to wait 24 hour in the hospital before a doctor was available to aspirate me.
Within the hospital, communications need to be improved as you can wait many hours to get the medication you need to take home.
Otherwise, thank you Frimley Park medical team and nurses for giving me my life back.
I received an OP appointment really quickly. The place is clean and the staffs are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hospital for excellent patient care!
I can’t fault this hospital. They are so efficient and caring.
I cannot express how grateful I am to the staff in the short-stay surgery department at Frimley Park. Their kindness and cheerfulness made a difficult experience so much easier. Instead of looking back at my surgery last Monday with alarm, I just recall the individual acts of kindness and cheerful words that made me feel so cared for.
May I say that the people scattered around who help when you get lost are a God-send! I'm not sure if they are volunteers or not but am most thankful for them. One of them guided me to the ward and took me to the right person. When you are older and a bit nervous that make a world of difference!
The surgery by Mr Osman went very well - thank you. I'd like to also thank the kind anaesthetist (whose name I don't recall) who made me feel like I was the only patient that day - though it was frantically busy! I liked his sense of humour...
Thank you to all!

I had a general anaesthetic in the day unit for cancer related surgery. My whole experience with the hospital (and my gp service) has been great during a very trying time. The staff at the day surgery unit, the radiographers and the surgical team made me feel very cared for and as these things go, I couldn’t have felt in better hands. Very impressed with the level of care I have received over the last 5 months.
All staff went over and above to make me feel as best as I could during a very traumatic experience. From my initial finding of a lump, which turned out to be cancerous, through to my operation and after care all staff that I came into contact with were exceptional in the way they cared for me both mentally and physically.
My whole experience of my cancer care at Frimley Park Hospital has been an extremely positive one. The breast cancer unit works efficiently, whilst still allowing time to provide a very personal level of care to patients. I highly recommend them and am thankful to have been treated there.
Doctors, nurses and all staff were amazing. Gave exceptional care and treated my daughter very well! Thank you so much!
